Advantages of Intelligent Put Wall Compared to bulletin board
The electronic Put wall (seeding wall )is an intelligent electronic device for the seeding process in the secondary sorting of e-commerce warehousing. It is an electronic and intelligent integrated device that integrates electronic tags, light strips, infrared detection, and network communication technology.
In current warehouse operations, order seeding is a common method of operation. The enterprise can set up simple seeding walls or professional intelligent seeding walls.
A simple seeding wall usually only uses a shelf with slots, and uses some simple management methods to bind orders and slots to complete order seeding. This simple seeding wall usually requires a large amount of advanced processing data, with clear receipts or spreadsheet prompts during seeding to ensure a fast and smooth seeding process.
In order to improve efficiency, many enterprises have introduced WMS systems. Many WMS systems include seeding functionality, which omits manual data processing and automatically generates seeding tasks. They also provide an interface that is consistent with the layout of the seeding wall grid, prompting seeding task information.
The above plans are all implemented in the case of board seeding, in such case, person need to confirm the computer screen prompts and grid position back and forth. The operation is very tiring, and errors are more likely to occur over a long period of time, and the actual efficiency improvement is limited.
To solve the various problems caused by board seeding, to install electronic picking labels on the seeding wall grille will improve the operation greatly. By clearly indicating the location of the grid through the label's illuminated light, the interface displays information on the sowing items and quantity, the operators don,t have to turn their heads back and forth to compare the computer screen prompts with the planting wall grid. After completing the sowing of an item, directly tap the light to confirm, without the need to operate a computer for confirmation.
Compared to board, intelligent seeding walls are more in line with human actions during the operation process. By placing prompts in the trajectory of the actions, the provided light signals are more helpful for people to quickly receive and make judgments, greatly reducing labor intensity, reducing error rates, and improving efficiency.
