The electronic Put wall (seeding wall )is an intelligent electronic device for the seeding process in the secondary sorting of e-commerce warehousing. It is an electronic and intelligent integrated device that integrates electronic tags, light strips, infrared detection, and network communication technology.

The e-commerce warehouse management system (WMS, ERP) will merge the goods included in daily orders into waves, and select the goods from the e-commerce warehouse in waves at once. The scanner on the electronic seeding wall will identify the barcode of the goods, and each goods will be seeded to the corresponding order field, and then packaged and shipped out.

Under the control of the WMS software system, use a scanning gun to scan the barcodes on the goods one by one, and follow the illuminated light strip on the goods compartment to place the goods in the corresponding compartment. The goods of the same order are placed in the same compartment; If all the order items corresponding to this cargo cell have been broadcast, the red light on the back label of this cargo cell is on, and it can be packaged. This structure and process design is to eliminate the packaging review process and improve the overall sorting efficiency.

The Put Wall includes a rack and multiple material compartments arranged on the rack. The material compartments are used to store sorted goods, and the material compartments can be arranged in an array on the seeding rack. Placing infrared gratings on both sides of the material grid is currently a common method of material detection. The installation of infrared gratings is convenient, and the detection accuracy is high, greatly improving the efficiency of goods storage and sorting.
