G-TEK SENSOR Optical , EMC and Environmental Laboratories Completed the upgrade and officially put into operation


As the “eyes” of sensors, optical performance directly determines measurement accuracy. The newly built Optical Laboratory of G-tek Sensor is equipped with industry leading optical inspection and aging verification equipment. Sophisticated instruments such as automatic focal length testers enable precise calibration of optical paths for LiDAR, laser distance sensors and photoelectric sensors.

    Recently G-TEK SENSOR R&D and QC system has achieved a strategic upgrade: three core laboratories — the Optical Laboratory, EMC Laboratory and Environmental Laboratory — have been officially completed and fully put into operation! This milestone marks that Gtekesens has entered a new phase in product R&D, test verification and quality control, establishing a more robust full‑chain assurance system for developing sensor products with international competitiveness.

 

Optical Laboratory: The Precise “Eye”of Sensor 

As the “eyes” of sensors, optical performance directly determines measurement accuracy. The newly built Optical Laboratory of G-tek Sensor is equipped with industry leading optical inspection and aging verification equipment.

Sophisticated instruments such as automatic focal length testers enable precise calibration of optical paths for LiDAR, laser distance sensors and photoelectric sensors. From optical path design to parameter calibration, every optical product undergoes rigorous “health checks” here, ensuring accurate and stable sensing and output for applications including industrial automation, intelligent transportation and robotics.

EMC Laboratory: The Anti Interference “Shield” of Sensor 

In high‑electromagnetic interference environments such as factory automation and intelligent transportation, product immunity is critical to the stable operation of systems. Gtekesens EMC Laboratory is constructed in strict compliance with IEC 61000-4 and GB/T 17626 series standards, and has established a comprehensive EMC test system.

The laboratory is furnished with immunity test equipment including electrostatic discharge generators, electrical fast‑transient burst generators and surge generators, as well as safety test instruments such as hipot testers and insulation‑resistance testers. It conducts all round immunity verification for products by simulating various harsh electromagnetic interference scenarios. Through rigorous EMC testing, Gtekesens guarantees that its sensors maintain stable output even under strong interference sources such as welding machines and frequency converters, delivering reliable data support for industrial sites.

Environmental Laboratory: The Ultimate “Trial”of Sensor

Industrial sensors are frequently deployed in harsh conditions featuring high-temperature high-humidity, salt‑spray corrosion and continuous vibration. Environmental adaptability serves as a key indicator for measuring product reliability. Gtekesens high-standard Environmental Laboratory can simulate various severe working conditions that products may encounter throughout their full life cycle.

Temperature‑humidity chambers replicate extreme climatic conditions such as high-temperature high-humidity and low-temperature low-humidity environments; vibration testers reproduce mechanical vibration generated during product transportation and equipment operation; salt‑spray testers verify the corrosion-resistance performance of products for coastal or high salt fog regions; water immersion test chambers perform IP rating tests to rigorously inspect housing sealing and waterproof performance. From extreme cold to scorching heat, from vibration shocks to water immersion challenges, every Gtekesens product must pass stringent verification in the Environmental Laboratory before mass‑production and delivery to global customers.
