G-TEK SENSOR made its appearance at the AMTS 2026

Tianjin G-TEK SENSOR made its appearance at the 21st Shanghai International Exhibition for Automotive Manufacturing Technology, Equipment and Materials (AMTS 2026), showcasing its latest LTA series safety light curtains, newly upgraded long-distance laser ranging sensors, safety laser scanners, as well as a full range of proximity switches and ultrasonic sensors.

The safety light curtain is a key equipment to ensure production safety at the automobile production line . It uses infrared beam detection mechanism to prevent personnel from accidentally touching or entering dangerous areas and is widely used in high-risk processes such as stamping, welding, and assembly.

The LTA series safety light curtains are developed exclusively for high-end industrial scenarios by G-TEK SENSOR ,Compliant with Type 4 / PLe / SIL3 standards, representing the highest protection level available in the current industrial safety sector. Engineered to withstand complex and harsh production environments, they feature optimized core optical path design and signal processing algorithms built for ultimate reliability, delivering an impenetrable safety barrier for operators and machinery alike.

Proximity sensors detect metal workpieces without physical contact, including inductive, capacitive and Hall-effect types. Featuring oil and slag resistance, fast response, compact size and compatibility with production line PLC control, they are widely used in all automobile manufacturing processes: stamping, welding, painting, final assembly, logistics transportation and finished vehicle inspection. They serve as core sensing components for tool positioning, workpiece presence detection, equipment limit control and safety interlock.

Ultrasonic sensors feature non-contact distance measurement, resistance to dust and oil contamination, low cost, and compatibility with metals, painted surfaces and plastics. They are applied across all production processes of automobile manufacturing, including stamping, welding, painting, final assembly, warehouse logistics and finished vehicle inspection, while supporting production line AGVs, tooling automation and safety protection systems.

During the exhibition, we received numerous domestic and overseas visitors from the automobile manufacturing and assembly industry. On-site customers had in-depth consultations and technical exchanges with our sales team regarding product applications and technologies.

As a new enterprise entering the auto manufacturing sector, we humbly collect customers’ practical demands and optimization suggestions, continuously upgrade and enrich our product portfolio, and fully prepare ourselves for in-depth development in this industry.
