From April 16 to 18, the 11th China Changyuan International Lifting Equipment Expo was grandly held at the Henan Changyuan International Convention and Exhibition Center. Laser ranging sensor is applied in scenarios such as crane travelling limit control, track collision prevention and boom distance monitoring. It measures the distance of surrounding objects with high precision, realizes early warning, speed reduction and braking interlock according to distance thresholds, compensates for blind spots of traditional mechanical limit switches, and achieves active safety protection.

    The LMO 2D LiDAR performs full-area scanning on the crane’s working plane, detects surrounding obstacles and unauthorized personnel intrusion in real time. Through hierarchical interlock control, it realizes travelling collision prevention and restricted area protection, thereby improving the operational safety of lifting equipment.

     The LVD 3D LiDAR features 3D spatial scanning, long-distance precise ranging and all-weather anti-interference performance. It is applied in safety protection scenarios including crane travelling collision prevention, multi-crane interference avoidance, under-hook personnel intrusion detection and low-altitude obstacle evasion.
