Solution for Carriage Dimension Detection System
The automatic carriage dimension measuring equipment integrates horizontal and vertical dual LiDAR modules. The horizontal LiDAR performs layered slice scanning on moving vehicles, while the vertical LiDAR collects position coordinate data synchronously. Precise splicing and fusion of all slice data are implemented to reconstruct a complete high-precision 3D point cloud model of the vehicle. The built-in calculation algorithm of supporting software then carries out analysis and computation to accurately output the full set of outer dimension data including carriage length, width and height.

Carriage Ending Calibration Solution
The carriage ending equipment integrates a measuring light curtain module. The measuring light curtain detects and locates the tail position of the carriage. Once it identifies that the carriage tail has completely left the discharge area, the equipment automatically stops material feeding to prevent material spillage at the source.
