 G-TEK LEM series compact light curtain has a small size, with hollow section of only 12*15.5mm, and aluminum alloy housing that is integrally formed. The maximum detection height of this photocell bar can reach more than 2.5 meters, the minimum resolution is 40mm. The maximum detection distance is10m of the infrared barrier sensor.

 Elevator light curtain is elevator door safety protection device used to protect the safety of passengers. On both sides of the elevator cabin door, two elevator photocell bars are installed with each bar about 2meters long.

 It consists of infrared transmitters and receivers installed on both sides of the elevator door and specialized flexible cables. There are multiple infrared emission tubes inside the infrared emitter. Under the control of the microprocessor, the emission and reception tubes are sequentially opened to continuously scan the elevator door area from top to bottom, forming a dense infrared protection light curtain.
    
 When any beam of light is blocked, the control system will immediately output a signal to open the door, and the it will stop closing and reverse opening until the obstruction leaves the warning area before the elevator door can be closed normally.

 When applied to rolling shutter doors and industrial fast doors, its compact size facilitates installation. Generally installed on the track of the rolling shutter door. When the safety light curtain is combined with the rolling shutter door, once an object or person enters the light curtain area, the light curtain will immediately sense and send a signal to the control system of the rolling shutter door. After receiving the signal, the rolling shutter door will quickly stop moving or take a reverse upward action to prevent the occurrence of pinching or collision accidents.

 The sensor is customized, we supply optional beam pitches 40mm,80mm and 160mm. Light beam pitches can be evenly distributed or freely combined according to requirement.
