Three Dimentional Parking Lot Styles             

There're many types of three dimentional parking lot, such as twin parking system, tower parking system, mini rotary parking system,puzzle parking system, horizontal circulation system,car lift hydraulic system, car lift traction system,shuttle parking system,ects.

The main type of three-dimensional garage is the lifting and horizontal circulation type, accounting for 70% of the market. It includes steel structure, vehicle loading plate, chain transmission system, control system, safety protection measures, etc. Due to the variety of types, the scale can be large or small with strong adaptability to the ground and widely used.

  Sensors For Three Dimentional Parking Lot   

When a car entering the garage door, a series of sensor do the measurement and detection to the car and parking situation to guid the car to the correct parking spot.Due to the differences in parking systems and usage environments, it is necessary to choose their usage based on actual condition. Below are some solutions of using sensors in parking systems.

1. Make sure the right sized car entering the garage

In order to prevent unsuitable sized cars from entering the garage, G-TEK lidar sensor can be installed at the top of entrance of the garage door.10m sensing distance with the most accurate detection.

2. Garage door safety control
Install photoelectric switches on both sides of the garage door to detect the entry of drivers and vehicles. Using G-TEK PF50R-AR photoelectric sensor, with laser light source which is easily for alignment and strong anti light interference.

3. Sensor for opening and closing system of garage door
With vehicle loop detector, when sening a car, the garage door will open automaticly. The sensor has dialer On-Off swith select action mode and output mode of relay.

4. After the car parking on the parking platform, the automatic system must check if the car parked properly on the loading pallet.
Use PF50 through beam sensor with detection distance 10m or 25m and installed both infront and back the car on the pallet.
 

5.Sensors help to check if there is a vehicle on the bracket. 
Place a set of photoelectric switches on the diagonal of each vehicle carrier to detect the presence of vehicles on the carrier. Choose G-TEK PF54T through beam sensor with optional sensing distance 10m,25m or 50m. Reliable and sturdy in harsh environment and place with strong light intereference.

6. Check if the vehicle carrier moves to the ideal position.
Install a proximity switch on each parking carrier to detect whether the vehicle loading carrier is in place during translational movement.

7.Check if the lifting of the vehicle loading carrier is in place
When the upper loading carrier is moving up or down, a proximity switch needs to be installed at at a fixed point on the vertical moving track of each loading carrier to detect whether the loading carrier is moving down or up properly.

Although three-dimensional garages can provide assistance for vehicle parking, due to the fact that most of them are located in outdoor environments, the photoelectric sensors used to detect vehicles are affected by sunlight and weather. Therefore, it is necessary to require the sensor products to have strong resistance to light interference, high protection level of the shell, and stable detection performance during use, especially for vehicles of different colors and shapes, to achieve indiscriminate detection. At the same time, the products must have high cost-effectiveness.
