Information

In recent years, the elevator garage has been paid more and more attention and used because of its high efficiency and land saving. Three-dimensional garages can be placed in different types of garages according to different sites. Now many cities in the traffic parking system are three-dimensional garage as an indispensable part. The three-dimensional garage is equipped with a special loading plate for each parking space, and the entire process of access to the vehicle is completed by an electrically controlled lifting and transverse transmission system. What the driver needs to do in this process is to drive the car into the specified loading plate in front of the vehicle, and the vehicle plate drives the vehicle on the horizontal track through the lateral mechanism. The longitudinal drive mechanism will drive the car to different heights. The movement of the loaded vehicle in the garage constitutes the main behavior of the whole parking system. In the whole process, it is particularly important to control the position of the vehicle. So how to accurately control the parking position of the vehicle? This must refer to our photoelectric sensors, which are like the transmission nervous system in the brain, transmitting the detected information to the central control system, and then the system issues action instructions. Next, I will talk about the overrun detection function of photoelectric sensors in three-dimensional parking.

1. Vehicle parked in place detection on the carrier plate
The G-TEK Sensor photoelectric sensors mainly used in the detection of parking in place on the load board include: PF50T opposed photoelectric sensor, PF50R-AR laser reto-reflective photoelectric sensor, PF50D diffuse reflective photoelectric sensor, and LSE area detection light curtain. The receiver and transmitter of the photoelectric sensor are mounted on the left and right sides of the carrier plate, and are detected at both the front and rear positions of the carrier plate. When the vehicle is not parked in place, the vehicle body will block the light source sent from the photoelectric transmitter, and the system will not take action at this time, and the system will not take action until the vehicle is parked in place, and the sensor receiver receives the light source without blocking, and then the system can take the next action. This effectively avoids the huge deviation of the vehicle position during the moving process of the carrier plate.

PF50T through-beam photoelectric sensor:
PF50T is the most commonly used overrun detection sensor in the three-dimensional parking system. They are often recognized as highly reflective objects due to differences in vehicle surface material or paint. If you use ordinary reflector type photoelectric sensor is very easy to sensor false trigger, resulting in signal transmission error and smash the car and other problems.
In the vertical cycle garage, to determine the vehicle parked in place detection will usually be placed around the carrier plate each set of PF50T photoelectric sensors, a total of four sets.

In the lift-and-transverse garage, usually placed at the entrance of a set or two sets of PF50T to detect whether the vehicle is parked in place. The common lift-and-transverse garage mainly takes 3 parking spaces as a group, and the PF50T detects a rich selection of distances, which is suitable for the choice of stereo garage with multiple parking spaces. Not only stable performance, but also help to control the installation cost.
PF50T Photoelectric Sensor Features:
1.Through beam type, 10m/18m/25m/50m detecting distance
2.High reliability, can work normally in harsh environments
3.Stable and reliable in a robust housing
4.Integral package, protection rating IP67

PF50R-AR laser mirror-reflective photoelectric sensor:
G-TEK's PF50R-AR mirror-reflective photoelectric sensors are most commonly used in simple double-deck parking devices. The sensors are fixed at the brackets on both sides of the device and determine whether the vehicle is parked in place by detecting the position under the wheels. If it detects the presence of a vehicle under the carrier plate and has been parked in place, the device will be activated to lift the vehicle to the upper parking space, leaving the lower parking space empty.PF50R-AR mirror reflective photoelectric sensor is different from ordinary mirror reflective sensors, which uses a laser light source and has a built-in polarization design, effectively filtering stray light and reducing the occurrence of highly reflective objects accidental contact phenomenon. It is also easier to install because of the reflector design. Excellent performance and easy installation make them a popular choice for simple parking equipment.

PF50R-AR Photoelectric Sensor Features:
1. Ultra-long 8-meter detecting distance
2. Red laser positioning is a convenient, high precision
3. IP67-rated waterproof housing
4. Light/dark through the model selection
5. With short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection

PF50D Diffuse Photoelectric Sensor:
Diffuse reflective photoelectric sensors are also commonly installed in simple double-deck parking racks for vehicle in-place detection. Usage and installation are the same as PF50R-AR laser mirror reflection photoelectric sensor. But the difference is that it is mainly installed in the single bracket of the three-dimensional parking equipment.
PF50D Photoelectric Sensor Features:
1.1.5-meter detecting distance
2.One-piece design, protection grade IP67
3.Reverse polarity protection facility
4.Simple and convenient installation
5.Optional LIGHT ON/DARK ON

LSE area detection light curtains have a wider detection range because of the increased number of light beams. So it can provide more accurate detection signals for the parking system.
In a vertical cycle garage, four sets of LSE zone detection light curtains are prevented around the initial parking area where the vehicle enters the load board to ensure the correct parking position.
LSE light curtain features:
(1)Slim profile for easy integration in any confined space.
(2)Simple installation with back and side channels.
(3)Shortest length up to 160mm.
(4)LSE-DB Door Light Curtain with Blanking Function
(5)IP65 grade protective shell design
(6)5/8m detection distance, suitable for industrial speed gates, logistics sorting lines and access gates.

LMO LIDAR sensor:
In a stereo garage, the position of each garage is fixed. In order to prevent unsuitable sized vehicles from entering the garage, height limit sensors are usually installed at the entrance of the garage door.LMO LIDAR is miniature, compact and easy to install.10m detecting distance provides customers with the most accurate detection.

In the automatic vertical lift three-dimensional parking garage, in order to prevent more parking spaces in the limited space, usually the size of each parking space will not be set too wide. In order to prevent scratches during vehicle handling, the vehicle mirrors are required to be closed after parking.LMO LIDAR is usually installed on both sides above the vehicle. The fan-shaped detection area can detect whether the vehicle door is not closed and the rearview mirror is closed.
LMO LIDAR Sensor Features:
(1) Small size
Compact design , easy for installation
Widely used in AGV, logistics, security and other fields.
(2)270° high wide-angle scanning
270° high wide-angle scanning, scanning range 6/10m optional
(3)Raw data output
Raw data output fo r secondary development
(4)Anti-crosstalk
No cross-talk among multiple laser scanners
(5)Flexible
32 groups of defined detection areas with high flexibility .
Set up three protective zones, when an object invades each zone, the lidar sensor will output a corresponding signal
