The LiDAR vehicle separation system is a fully laser scanning dynamic vehicle separation system developed by G-TEK company. The system actively scans the appearance of the vehicle to obtain real-time cross-sectional data, determine the presence and departure of the vehicle, and achieve the effect of vehicle separation.

LIDAR vehicle detection and separation solution configuration
The core system consists of one LMO laser scanner and one millimeter wave radar. By analyzing the scanning data of laser radar and millimeter wave radar, the laser vehicle separation system can realize vehicle separation and other functions. Millimeter wave radar assisted LMO LiDAR actively scans the detection area, which can cover one section of the entire lane. When a vehicle passes through the detection area in the lane, the radar will output a signal in the form of PNP/NPN transistor output.
