Single Lane motion vehicle measurement system

LSD-LWH vehicle contour measurement system can be widely used for vehicle length, width, and height detection in fixed overloading stations, highway entrance overloading stations, off-site law enforcement stations, material yards, and parking lots.

The LSD-LWH vehicle contour measurement system is a non-contact length, width and height measurement solution independently developed by G-TEK Sensor. The system adopts full laser scanning technology, non-contact automatic scanning of the external outline of motor vehicles, and uses algorithm processing to obtain high-precision external dimensions of vehicles in real-time.

The detected vehicle is cut into many slices by the left and right scanners, and the thickness data of the slices is determined by the front mounted scanner. Then, through algorithms in the software system, the slice data is synthesized to obtain the length, width, and height data of the entire vehicle contour, which is transmitted to the user through Ethernet .

The Feature of LSD-LWH vehicle contour measurement system

  • Parameter outputs such as vehicle length, width, height, vehicle speed, and driving direction.
  • Scalable high-frequency pulse synchronization technology for measuring the high-speed driving status of vehicles.
  • Built in self heating function, stable operation 24 hours a day in low temperature environments.
  • Self start function, the system starts automatically after power on, No manual operation.
