LSMC series measuring light curtain measuring volume mainly includes:

1.Uniform speed conveyor belt: two sets of measuring light curtains are required to measure the width and height of the object, and the volume of the object is calculated from the relationship between the conveying speed of the conveyor belt and the two sets of light curtains;

2.Non uniform conveyor belt: three sets of measuring light curtains are required to measure the length, width and height of the object and calculate the volume of the object;

3.On the static platform: three sets of measuring light curtains are required to measure the length, width and height of the object and calculate the volume of the object.

  Another application of  LSMC measuring light curtain is the space distance control of conveyor belt.

During the conveyor goods delivery process, too large or too small distance between adjacent goods will affect the safety and efficiency of transmission. LSMC measuring light curtain sensor has the function of dual switch control of two-way switching value and RS485 output; Self-diagnosis function of fault alarm and self-judgment of fault type.
