The security detection function of the swing gate mainly relies on infrared photoelectric sensors to achieve. Relying on the working principle of photoelectric sensors to determine the presence of people or objects in the induction area, after which the corresponding instructions will be sent to the control system. How does the swing gate rely on the layout of infrared photoelectric sensors in different areas to achieve a variety of security functions? The security system of a high-quality speed gate is generally composed of four parts: the starting induction detection area, the security anti-pinch detection area, the channel tracking detection area, and the low area location Safe detection area.

 

 

1. Initial induction detection area
The initial induction detection area at each end consists of two pairs of infrared induction reflector sensors.
When the cardholder swipes the card, the initial sensor detection area needs to detect that the direction of someone's passage is the same as the direction of the swipe card to allow passage. Once the initial induction detection area senses the follower, it will immediately feedback on the signal to the central control system and start the prevention function. When an illegal entry is detected in the initial induction detection area, the alarm and prevention function is activated, so that the door body does not start the swing gate baffle at the same time as the alarm. The low detection sensor can accurately sense the presence and movement of children whose height is lower than the speed door device or baggage items whose height is lower than the speed door device when they pass through, ensuring their safe passage.

2. Channel tracking detection area
The channel tracking detection area consists of four pairs of infrared reflector sensors at both ends of the channel.
More infrared sensors can sense objects in the channel, providing better protection against following. Sensing the position and movement process of people when passing, a multi-point infrared sensor can effectively detect and track the movement and position of people when passing and provide appropriate feedback to the master system.

3. Safety anti-pinch detection area
The detection area consists of four pairs of infrared sensors to detect the status of people or objects in the active area of the swing gate in the channel.
Because the swing gate area in the channel is often regarded as a critical area by the user, such as there is no accurate safety detection equipment and the safety drive mechanism of the baffle, when the personnel or items pass through the swing gate, the equipment itself may pose a threat to the personal safety of the passengers and the safety of the goods. The installation of infrared sensors can effectively detect the status of the swing gate area. When people or items are sensed in the channel, the swing gate equipment will keep the swing gate in the open state to protect the cardholder from being caught by the gate. In addition, the door wings are slow and the torque is only 30NM. The smaller torque can ensure that people will not be injured by the reset door wings when passing.

4. Low-security detection zone 
The low-level safety detection area consists of two pairs of infrared through-beam safety sensors. Used to detect luggage, carts, and small children in the aisles. The cooperative channel tracks 10 other pairs of infrared sensors in the detection area to accurately determine the movement position of luggage, carts, and small children in the channel to ensure their safe passage.
