     1 Industrial manufacturingThe application of LIDAR in industry and manufacturing mainly focuses on mobile robots and industrial automation processes。

      In the field of industrial automation, to control human capital and improve efficiency, most enterprises have begun to introduce automated production lines to build intelligent production workshops. At the same time, this trend has also entered the follow-up warehousing and logistics field. Enterprises have introduced handling robots to manage warehouses, realizing the automatic operation and management of warehouses, which cannot be separated from laser radar.

     In the production process, the laser sensor can assist in monitoring the materials on the conveying equipment. The sensor is installed in the middle of the beam of the support frame. During the measurement, the laser sensor quickly scans the materials on the conveyor belt, and transmits the scanned data to the computer to realize detection object size measurement which can effectively ensure the smooth process flow on the conveyor belt.
