Safety detection function of photoelectric sensors

The photoelectric sensor itself is a common sensing device. Depending on the operating principle, photoelectric sensors are broadly classified into 3 types. Safety prevention function of photoelectric sensor

1. Anti-ambush, anti-crossing, anti-forced entry
High-level sensors in addition to the normal passage detection function, but still effective in preventing overturning. Low infrared detection grating collaboration acrylic baffle use, can effectively prevent ambush. Minimum 120NM locking torque, effectively prevent people from forcible entry.
2. Anti-following
Equipped with infrared sensor system, after the person enters the channel, the whole process of the passage of the person can be precisely located, sensing the passage status. After the discovery of non-authorized personnel following ( distance ≥ 40cm), according to customer requirements, the door can quickly swing back the wings to block non-authorized personnel outside the channel to prevent their entry, and start the alarm system.

3. Anti-door wing pinching
The speed pass door is equipped with 6 pairs of red sensors, of which there are 5 pairs of infrared sensors for the anti-pinch sensing area, the photoelectric sensors sense the presence of objects in the sensing area, the door wings will stop moving. Prevent the occurrence of pinching events.

4. Door closing delay
When the pedestrian swipe card does not immediately pass, the door wing to maintain the open state may occur non-authorized personnel infiltration event, in order to prevent the occurrence of this event. By setting the door opening delay function for the speedy door, the default delay time is set to 8 seconds. And then with the photoelectric sensor induction function to detect whether there is a person within 8 seconds of the swipe card open door. If no one passes through it will automatically close, the delay time can be modified according to needs.
