1. Check the sensor connection problem.
Photoelectric sensors are generally divided into transmitter and receiver, both ends need to be connected to the power supply in order to normal use. Sensors connected to the power supply wire is generally divided into 3 cores or 5 cores, and different colors to distinguish the different functions they represent. Their appearance is similar so and it can easily happen that customers use two emitters or two pairs of opposite emitters as a pair of normal sensors. The solution is also simple, always make sure that your sensors are mounted face-to-face for one transmitter and one receiver respectively. 3. Detection of size mismatch problems.

If there is no signal response to the detection object, first of all, you can check whether the detection object meets the standard object or minimum detection object standard of the photoelectric sensor. Minimum detection object standard is based on the photoelectric sensor spot size to determine. If the detection of the object range is less than the range of the sensor spot, at this moment the object is in the detection blind area, so the photoelectric sensor will not issue induction signal.

4. Consider environmental factors interference.
Photoelectric sensors are optical sensors, so they work with light. Because of this, the sensors are highly dependent on the ability to receive emitted light. If the light intensity exceeds the rated range or the field application environment is too dusty may affect the sensor's ability to receive. Therefore, when selecting a product, choose a photoelectric sensor with high light resistance, or avoid exposing the product to bright light. In the daily maintenance of the product need to pay attention to clean the lens surface of the sensor to avoid the accumulation of dust on the lens to affect the light emission reception.
