Full-height cross turnstile is a common intelligent control equipment, which is mainly used in intelligent buildings, intelligent parking lots, intelligent communities and other occasions. Full-height cross turnstile generally adopts electromagnetic motor to drive the rotation of the shaft, and the rotation of the electromagnetic shaft is detected by a rotary encoder composed of photoelectric sensors to control the rotation of the motor. Photoelectric sensor is a device to measure the light intensity, irradiation angle or distance, which is mainly used to detect the rotation of the shaft in the full-height cross turnstile. At present, the common full-height cross turnstile motion control system on the market mainly adopts photoelectric sensors. The installation structure of the sensor in the cross optical turnstile:

The cross optical gate consists of the main body of the gate, the driving device, the transmission device, the limiting device and the photoelectric sensor. The main body of the gate is composed of an upper grid plate, a middle grid plate and a lower grid plate. The driving device is composed of a motor and a reducer. The transmission device is composed of worm gear and sprocket. The limit device is composed of a limit switch and a limit motor. The photoelectric sensor is mainly used to detect the opening state of the gate.

 

The main body of the gate is a combination of an upper grid plate and a middle grid plate, and the middle grid plate is located between the upper and lower two upper grid plates, on which a plurality of photoelectric sensors are arranged. When the gate is opened, the gate body moves along the track of the upper and lower grid plates, and the photoelectric sensor is fixed on one of the upper grid plates, and the pulse signal sent by it is input into the single chip microcomputer through the control box. The single chip microcomputer processes, analyzes and judges the received pulse signal to determine whether the gate is opened.

 

The motion control system of full height cross turnstile is composed of three parts, which are infrared sensor, MCU control and communication module. The infrared sensor is used to detect the working state of the external infrared transmitting tube and transmit the detected signal to the MCU. The microcontroller receives signals from the infrared sensor through communication with the control circuit and controls the motor rotation according to the input signal, thus realizing the motion control of the full-height cross turnstile.
