1. Infrared security device

2. Airbag sensor

The airbag is generally installed on the lower edge of the industrial door body. Normally, the airbag is in a saturated state. When the door body is closed, once an obstacle is encountered, the pressure will be too high, which will cause all the airbag gas to be squeezed out. At this time, the door body of the industrial door will immediately run in the opposite direction under the action of the device to prevent obstacles from being caught and accidents.

3. Anti-spring breakage protection device

The spring is the balance system of the industrial door, which controls the door body to keep parallel when running up and down. If the spring breaks accidentally, the balance of the industrial door body will be destroyed, causing the door body to fall and causing a major accident. This device can block the balance shaft when the spring breaks, to prevent the door body from falling.

4. Protection device against wire rope breakage

The wire rope anti-drop device is generally installed at both ends of the bottom of the door. There are two forms, a blade-type fall arrest stand (wire rope break protector). Once the wire rope for lifting the industrial door breaks, the running speed of the door suddenly increases, and the blade on the device can instantly cut into the guide rail under the action of the spring force to prevent the door from falling.
