Access control lidar manufacturers have found that high power can achieve longer detection distances, and long wavelengths can also improve anti-interference capabilities. However, the 1550nm laser needs to use InGaAs, which is currently difficult to mass produce. Therefore, more and more Si materials are used to mass-produce 905nm LiDAR.
