We have launched the independently developed holographic overloading control system LVD-LWH series. Based on high-performance image level LiDAR and powerful algorithmic perception capabilities, the vehicle's 3D profile is reconstructed, holographic perception of road condition information is achieved, and functions such as length, width, and height detection of vehicles within the covered lane, identification of cheating vehicles (such as S-shaped driving, reverse driving, and cross lane driving), vehicle triggering, traffic flow statistics, and vehicle speed detection are realized. Suitable for non site law enforcement on national and provincial highways, ordinary roads, urban expressways, highway entrance overloading control, toll plaza overloading control and other non-stop overloading detection scenarios.

Technological control of overloading vehicles conforms to the development of the times

Vehicle modification and overloading are still common phenomena in today's road traffic. In order to solve the problem of overloading control from the source, the country has successively issued a series of laws and regulations with more detailed standards for the height, width, length, quality, etc. of overloaded transport vehicles.

Traditional manual overloading control mainly relies on installing mandatory height and width limiting poles and manually stopping and inspecting vehicles, which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but may also cause physical damage to roads and vehicles, and can no longer meet the overloading control needs of traffic management departments. Some oversized transport vehicles evade detection by cheating behaviors such as crossing lanes and taking S-shaped routes, which also puts higher demands on the technical level of off-site law enforcement.

The LVD-LWH holographic overload control system from Tianjin G-TEK provides 24/7 intelligent detection of vehicle information and identification of cheating behavior. It is designed for non site law enforcement on national and provincial highways, ordinary roads, urban expressways, highway entrance overload control, toll plaza overload control, and other non-stop overload detection scenarios. It has diverse deployment solutions. The system can measure a length range of 2-33 meters, a width range of 0.5-4.5 meters, and a height range of 0.5-4.5 meters, covering almost all vehicle sizes. In dual radar mode, the measurement error length is less than 15 centimeters, the height is less than 8 centimeters, and the width is less than 5 centimeters. It provides functions such as vehicle speed monitoring and traffic flow statistics, with a tracking rate of up to 98% and accurate traffic statistics, effectively outputting holographic road condition information;

Vehicle grade image level LiDAR ensures the reliability and high performance of the radar, with perception not limited by environmental lighting. It can obtain imaging images with the same clarity as during the day at night, has strong anti-interference ability, and supports stable long-term operation in roadside scenes;

This solution simplifies equipment deployment density compared to single line LiDAR multi device deployment. No need to add additional crossbars, simply reuse the camera crossbars, and there is no need to damage the ground mounted trigger coil, effectively reducing the difficulty of fault nodes and later maintenance.

The G-TEK holographic overload monitoring system realizes holographic perception of vehicles, providing favorable evidence for cheating vehicles exceeding the limit, while supporting real-time traffic statistics, empowering local transportation operation platforms.
