2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) - Welcome to Tianjin
The SCO Tianjin Summit 2025 is the 25th Heads of State Council meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), which will be held from August 31 to September 1, 2025, in Tianjin, People's Republic of China. It will be the fifth time that China hosts the annual SCO summit.

Tianjin is one of the four municipalities of China. Tianjin is located in northern China, the northeast of North China Plain, the lower reaches of Haihe River Basin, east of Bohai Sea, north of Yanshan, west of Beijing, as the gateway to the capital.
Tianjin is one of the largest financial and trade centers in northern China and one of the first coastal cities to start opening up and reform. Nowadays, as a popular investment destination and innovation hub, Tianjin also plays an important role in supporting the Belt and Road Initiative in terms of seaways and land transportation.
