Logistics DWS system

The automatic packaging equipment consists of a packaging controller PLC, a multi section packaging belt, an AC servo motor, a dynamic weight scale, a photoelectric position detection switch, a light curtain, and a barcode reader. The package supply control system PLC uses an A4 servo single machine to rotate the package supply belt and accurately deliver the package to the sorting trolley. The dynamic weighing module and photoelectric detection switch are used to measure the weight and position separately, collecting data for accurate packaging. 
The parcel supply desk is the starting point of the automated sorting system for express delivery. the volume of the parcel is detected through LSMC series measuring gratings. Combined with the weight measurement and the surface sheet analysis data, the parcel has been read by the main control system before it formally enters the line, which can quickly match the corresponding loading trolley and unloading chute.

Logistics DWS equipment is an automated data collection device that integrates functions such as volume measurement, weighing, code scanning, photography and evidence collection, and docking systems. The entire process of express automated sorting

1.Unloading

After the express delivery is picked up by the courier, it will be collected by the nearby branch and sent to the nearest transfer center for unloading. Large and irregular items will be directly sent to the manual scanning area, and after scanning, they will be sent directly to the loading area through the large package assembly line; Small and medium-sized items are unloaded into the delivery hopper and then transported to the packaging area through a belt conveyor line.
